Rev. Peter Popoff and his Remarkable Ministry
The Reverend Peter Popoff, founder and pastor of Peter Popoff Ministries of Upland, California, made an appearance in our nation's capitol on June 11, 2013, giving his message of hope, faith, and particularly healing, to thousands in DC.
Giving that array of hope and healing to those people who are terribly hurting and in need of help through faith in our Lord Jesus has been the lifetime mission of Rev. Popoff.
Peter Popoff have evidently shown to many people how faith in the Word of God alone has made the unwell and the injured totally cured miraculously.
It was of no difference this June, when Rev. Popoff and his ministry visited Washington, DC and touched the lives of many people, countless in pain and suffering.
Peter Popoff has experienced lots of pain in his life before. In the hands of the Communists behind the Iron Curtain, Rev. Popoff and his dad were tortured because they firmly fight for their belief in God and in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
It was these early encounters that convinced Peter to enter the ministry and devote his life to assisting those who have suffered the way he did in communist East Germany.
It was in 1950 when his loved ones immigrated to the America that the reality of his dreams turned really possible. From then, he began to preach and in 1982, he started his television ministry, Peter Popoff Ministries.
His achievements are profound, and he draws in huge crowds anywhere he goes. As a matter of fact, in a service given by Rev. Popoff in Odessa, Russia, more than 30,000 people have turned out as they were enlightened and had acquired hope through the Word of God.
For over 40 years, Peter Popoff has been delivering that message of hope, and definitely did not fail in DC on June 11. He is also the one who established the People United for Christ.
